What? Why? For Whom? Where? When? How?
This is how we see the training model used in this project. In the illustration provided by Viikki Teacher Training School of Helsinki University & Second St. Petersburg Gymnasium, continuous reflection was emphasised.
The training model in the project was based on three principles:
1) Peer-to-peer and expert interactions – both face-to-face and online – are the learning process (professional development).
2) Learning when cooperating and sharing. Schools support and encourage each other and take advantage of their differences and variations.
3) Self-development & self-assessment -turning learning and results visible.
