Description of the DLM or e-resource

Give specific examples of things you have done well, and remember that success enhances success. Use Template 5 to document your approach and methodology.

Remember that the participating teachers in each school are the key persons to disseminate their experiences in their own schools during the process.

Sustainability of the results

Create a ”practical guide” for others to learn how to use your DLM / e-resource.
Use Template 5 to document your recommendations, advice, or tips to enable the transformation of the DLM into other contexts, and wider adoption on a sustainable basis.

Consider other teachers
- who are thinking of starting using your DLM / e-resource.
- who are thinking of trying out your pedagogical approach.
- for designing and facilitating learning activities.

Sharing experiences and lessons learnt

Evaluate your key outcomes and lessons learnt during the development process. Use Template 5 for documentation.

Consider also barriers identified during the development phase. What were they based upon or related to? How were they overcome? What were the key enablers?

Share your experiences and lessons learnt in your school. Look back and reflect on your profssional practice and the whole project. Figure Towards a common final goal - Understanding and evaluating progress is here to help you make the big picture of your progress visible, and understandable for others.
